Itinerary for Luxury Safari Package to Tsavo, Amboseli, Lake Nakuru and Lake Bogoria ( Road Safaris )

7 Days Safari to Tsavo East, Tsavo West, Amboseli, Lake Nakuru, Lake Bogoria National Parks.

DAY 1 : TSAVO EAST

After breakfast you will depart your hotel here in South Coast Diani around 8.00AM heading towards Tsavo East National Park which is renowned for its abundance of animals like elephants, famous man eating lions, zebra, bushbuck, buffalo, bush bay, caracal. You will be accommodated at the amazing Ashnil Aruba Lodge. This lodge is set amongst gardens and it sits on a watering site overlooking the Aruba Dam.You will arrive at the lodge and you will check in and shown to your rooms. You will freshen up and get ready to taste the cuisines that this amazing lodge has to offer. After lunch you can siesta in your room or by the swimming pool and relax. In the late afternoon, you will do an afternoon game drive and later return to the lodge and get ready to have your dinner.

DAY 2 : TSAVO EAST

This is your second day in this amazing National Park. After breakfast you will go out on a full day game drive and you will spend the full day in the park. This is a great opportunity because you can see the lions still feeding on the night kill, or that hyena scavenging on the zebra bones. Animals that you can come across are zebra, wildebeest, hippo, aardwolf, cheetah, dik-dik, hedgehog, hartebeest, gazelle. black rhino, mongoose. In the late afternoon you will stop in a perfect spot and have your lunch, listening to the background sounds of elephants. After lunch you will continue with your game drive and later visit the Aruba Dam.

DAY 3 : TSAVO WEST

This morning you will commence by doing an Early morning game drive, then you will return to the lodge for breakfast. After breakfast you will leave Tsavo East heading towards Tsavo West and en route you will see a lot of game like waterbuck, squirrel, impala, jackal, hyena, monkey,. You will be accommodated at the luxury stoned build Kilaguni Serena Safari lodge situated in the lee of Mount Kilimanjaro and sheltered by the volcanic splendor of the Chyulu Hills. You will Check in and taken to your rooms. Then you can freshen up and have lunch. In the afternoon you will visit the rhino sanctuary and later return to the lodge.

DAY 4 : TSAVO WEST

This day you will start by having a bush breakfast at the lion rock. Then you will proceed for a morning game drive, and you will continue to see abundance of wild animals. Then you will visit the Mzima Springs, where you can see hippos and fish in a crystalline clear water. You might see also crocodiles and monkeys. After the game drive you will head back to the lodge and have your lunch. After lunch you can siesta in your room or by the bar and enjoy that glass of wine. Later in the afternoon you will proceed on an afternoon game drive and have a Sun downer at the roaring rocks. After the drive you will head back to the lodge and freshen up. Later in the evening you will taste the delicious meals that the chefs will have prepared for you.

DAY 5 : AMBOSELI

After breakfast you will depart Tsavo West heading towards the home of the free ranging elephants, that’s the Amboseli National Park. Amboseli National Park is not only famous for its elephants, but one can have an opportunity to visit the Maasai and Maasai Village. You will be accommodated at the luxurious and one of its kind Satao Elerai Camp. This camp is set in a great location, hence one can be able to view the magnificent Mount Kilimanjaro at a distance. After Check in, you will be shown to your rooms, you can freshen up and have your lunch at this amazing Camp. After lunch you can relax in your room or by the swimming pool looking at the Mount Kilimanjaro at a distance. Later in the evening you will proceed to do a Night drive, whereby you will see the mighty SIMBA ready to hunt. The beauty of doing a Night drive is that you will see the nocturnal animals that cant been seen during daylight like bush baby, owls, aardwolfs, serval cat. After the Night drive you will head back to camp and have your dinner.

DAY 6 : LAKE NAKURU

After breakfast you will depart Amboseli heading towards Lake Nakuru. En route to Lake Nakuru you will see a lot of animals. You will be accommodated at the luxurious Lake Nakuru Lodge which is the bird watchers paradise for famous flamingos. After Check in you will have lunch. After lunch you can siesta in your room or by the swimming pool enjoying your famous cocktail. In the late afternoon you will do a game drive and see abundance of animals like lion, white rhino, black rhino, flamingo. After the drive you will head back to the lodge and freshen up and get ready for dinner.

DAY 7 : LAKE BOGORIA / VOI

After breakfast you will depart Lake Nakuru heading towards the town of Voi, but before reaching Voi you will head towards Lake Bogoria which is known for its shallow soda lake. Here you can expect to find a lot of flamingos. You will have your packed lunch at a beautiful spot looking at the flamingos swimming at the lake. After your lunch you will drive heading towards Voi. You will be accommodate at Voi Safari Lodge.

DAY 8 : DEPATURE – SOUTH COST ( DIANI ) 

After breakfast you will depart Voi and head towards South Coast Diani. Bon Voyage, Safari Njema!!
